Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original packaging and unused condition
  • Assembly-only items (not yet used) are eligible for return
  • Custom or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Return Process

  2. 2Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization
  3. 3Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. 4Ship the item back using the provided return label
  5. 5Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Refund Information

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchange

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different variant (color, size), please contact us. Exchange shipments are processed once we receive the original item.
